Introduction to Culture



It has a quite a dramatic change in the scenario in the modern day.It has been observed that we are refraining our culture. Culture is what the ideas, customs, and social behaviour are cultivated by  a particular people or society anywhere in world .All over the world we cultivate the same in any form. The term culture has derived from Anthropology and  the has been recited by many of the anthropologist in their central idea.
The Culture has also manifestation over society. The dynamic aspect of the culture has brought the efficiency orientation in the Society. There are many culture from Industry culture to online culture.
Going through the theories, we can recall the Petrakis and Kostis cultural divide of the background variables of culture  into two main groups:
  1. The first group represents the variables that the "efficiency orientation" of the societies i.e. performance orientation, future orientation, assertiveness, power distance and uncertainty avoidance.
  2. The second variables which represents the "social orientation" of societies, i.e., the attitudes and lifestyles of the members of the society.
